EASE Technology. Quota & File Sentinel is an EASE-enabled application, allowing you to deploy and manage Quota & File Sentinel in an enterprise network. The EASE distributed data store lets you manage from any management console using consistent data. EASE remote installation lets you quickly roll out new Quota & File Sentinel servers anywhere in your network with no server downtime required. EASE hierarchical inheritance streamlines initial configuration and simplifies future maintenance, therefore drastically reducing the Total Cost of Ownership for distributed applications.

EASE Management Console. Administrators manage all EASE-enabled applications from the management console, allowing for single-seat administration of the application enterprise.

Quota & File Sentinel Service. The service monitors disk operations and can enforce limits on the amount of disk space allotted to users and objects, leaving a very small footprint. The service can issue email or pop-up notifications and run batch files, scripts, or programs when a limit or any percentage of a limit is reached.

Quota & File Sentinel File System Filter. The filter has the ability to monitor requested file operations and can block them if they will cause a Quota & File Sentinel limit to be exceeded.

The Quota & File Sentinel Report Module. The report module generates fully formatted reports, web-ready reports, and raw, exportable data.
